Difficulty: Confident Beginner
This design is shown in Noro’s Kureyon, but would be suitable for any worsted weight yarn. The stitch is a “Feather and Fan” variation that I’ve adapted to my basic scarf pattern. Quick and easy, you can do this on the bus or watching television, if you’re watching Warrick Brown on CSI though, you might drop a stitch!

Row 4: Knit all stitches
These four rows form the pattern.
PATTERN
Cast On
26 stitches, using your favourite cast-on.
Body
Work the wave pattern over the 24 centre stitches. (Don’t forget, the first and last stitches are selvedge stitches).
Continue working in pattern until both skeins of yarn are used up and end on a
1st row of the pattern stitch.
Bind off all stitches loosely.
FINISHING
Weave in all ends, block if desired (a wool soak softens up this yarn nicely). Enjoy!
